Mental Health Workshop

On October 10, 2025, the Student Council at LISG organized a Mental Health Workshop for middle school students. The initiative, led by the school’s Student Principal and Vice Principal, aimed to promote awareness about mental well-being through interactive and engaging activities.

The workshop was arranged through several themed stations, each encouraging students to learn and reflect in a hands-on way. One corner featured a “Spin the Wheel” game where students could win small prizes, creating an energetic and welcoming atmosphere. Another station held a Q&A competition where those who answered correctly were given the chance to make slime, an enjoyable and calming activity that encouraged creativity and participation.

In another area, students listened to a short story about mental health and then completed a puzzle that revealed an image symbolizing balance and wellness. The final corner invited students to place their fingerprints on a shared board, representing unity and collective support within the school community.

The workshop reflected the Student Council’s commitment to creating a positive space where students can learn about self-care, emotional awareness, and the importance of supporting one another. It reminded everyone that caring for mental health is an important part of growing, learning, and leading with understanding.
